Strange lights in the sky, mysterious flying objects; all common sightings in the small town of Groversville. Recent, more credible reports of alien activity have attracted the attention of the world's most secretive government organization, Delta Green. Under the guise of an FBI narcotics operation, agents are deployed to investigate and contain the alien threat.
